I love how legal jibberish empowers money-hungry bastards to bully innocents who are minding their own business. Meanwhile, the big kids of the corporate schoolyard -- JVC, Panasonic, and K-mart, as listed in that article -- the only ones who could stand up to this bully, just give in without a fight,* 'cause they've got money and don't give a shit.

Also, war, violence, money, politics, destruction of the environment, prejudice, and the other bagazillion downfalls of humankind. Although, come to think of it, all that can be found in its distilled form: President George W. Bush. Well, not violence so much, but our Vice President more than makes up for that.
